Business Governance Manager - Wholesale Banking

Location: Bangunan AmBank Group, Jalan Raja Chulan Job Responsibilities: Oversee surveillance of dealing activities and communications to detect unauthorized trading & market manipulation.Understand alert types & internal thresholds used for detection of irregular/anomalies in dealing/sales activities.Further review and escalation of potential misconduct / market manipulation casesAssist to develop dashboards / indicators for monitoring malpractices.Generate of analytical reports e.g. trend analysis reports, manual surveillance reviews.Manage data collations from various data sources for analysis or submissions to BOC/other stakeholders where required. Understand regulatory policies and guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, in Banking (Finance).Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant experience in treasury environment. Strong knowledge in data analysis.Familiar with market manipulation and misconduct.Strong understanding of regulatory policies and guidelines.
