Business Governance Manager - Wholesale BankingJob Responsibilities:
Oversee surveillance of dealing activities and communications to detect unauthorized trading & market manipulation.
Understand alert types & internal thresholds used for detection of irregular/anomalies in dealing/sales activities.
Further review and escalation of potential misconduct / market manipulation cases.
Assist to develop dashboards / indicators for monitoring malpractices.
Generate analytical reports e.g. trend analysis reports, manual surveillance reviews.
Manage data collations from various data sources for analysis or submissions to BOC/other stakeholders where required.
Understand regulatory policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Banking (Finance).
Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant experience in treasury environment.
Strong knowledge in data analysis.
Familiar with market manipulation and misconduct.
