Job Details:Job Description:Influences and partners with BU leaders and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to develop and execute an effective human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
Manages the Human Resources (HR) strategy including identifying, aligning, and optimizing the HR programs, processes, and services enabling business success.
Qualifications:Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
