Business License Executive

Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Assist in all aspects of business licensing application work in accordance to local requirements and regulations.
Understand and keep up-to-date with all relevant Acts & Regulations and to ensure compliance by clients.
Filing up forms and submit application for obtaining licenses and permits.
Familiar with most PBT local council license.
Apply for business licenses from JTK, MOE, CIDB, MOF, MOH, etc.
Follow up with various professionals, agencies, and departments to ensure application is successful.
Liaise with clients to obtain information and remind them promptly to provide the info.
Provide progress updates to clients and assist in answering any queries that they have.
Perform both online and physical submission at the counter of government agencies.
Organize and properly file all paperwork.
Research on how to fulfill requirements to obtain the license or permit, including visiting clients or local councils to obtain relevant information and know-how.
Assist in other administrative work from time to time.
Requirements
2-3 years relevant experience.
Business admin / legal / degree / diploma or related fields.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented.
Must be able to prioritize.
Excellent research and inquisitory skills.
Willing to travel and must have own transport.#J-18808-Ljbffr
