Sales and Revenue Management Oversee daily sales operations ensuring consistency in service quality and customer experience.Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.Conduct morning briefing to ensure daily sales target is met and maximize appointments.Responsible for ensuring branch hit sales target.Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, adjusting strategies to drive revenue. Team Leadership and Development Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.Mentor and coach team members in the areas of sales /Clinic SOP/ Grooming as in accordance of Operations SOP Cultivate DC Core Value Detailed - Provide holistic services passionately by paying attention to every detail.Caring - Provide compassionate patient-centered care and excellent service. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Marketing and Promotional Activities Work with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to attract new leads.Strategically plan and execute marketing initiatives to boost clinic traffic and sales.Track the effectiveness of marketing efforts, refining strategies to maximize impact on revenue.
Requirements : Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2 years of management experience in the beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or hospitality industry with a strong, proven record of achieving sales targets is a plus. Skills: Mandarin fluency is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on driving sales.Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals and build client relationships.Familiarity with aesthetic treatments, products, and industry regulations is a plus.
