Business Objects Xi (Boxi) - Production Support

Requirements Application Technical Support on Java, MSSQL Database and SAP BO.
Platform Knowledge on Windows, IIS, Apache Tomcat & WebLogic deployments Hands-on experience on Windows, PowerShell scripting, MS-DOS and MSSQL Server DB working experience and support.
Knowledge in Banking IT environment will be a plus.
24 x 7 on call support.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same capacity.
Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and team player.
Willing to work at Cyberjaya/ KL.
Able to work with cross border colleagues.
Familiar with   tools/practises such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum Methodology Roles/Responsibilities To provide system support and manage enhancement for BOXI and B2B applications.
Providing Live Application deployment support (odd hours) Perform Level 2 and 3 of production support.
To perform problem investigation – problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition and implementation.
To work closely with users to understand their needs & issues.
To manage system risks and conjure improvements to mitigate and manage risks.
Provide installation support for BOXI and B2B applications.
