We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our team.
The intern will assist in daily operations, support the sales team, and contribute to special projects.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations within a dynamic and growing company.
Key Responsibilities:Daily Tasks:
Lead Assignment for Sales Team: Assign incoming leads to appropriate sales team members based on predefined criteria.
Sales Support: Assist sales team in daily operations.
Project Work:
Data Cleaning: Participate in data cleaning projects to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our sales and customer databases.
Meeting Notes: Attend meetings and take detailed notes to ensure accurate documentation of discussions and action items.
Presentation and Document Preparation: Help prepare presentations, update documents, and create decks for various internal and external meetings/education/knowledge base.
Sales strategy: Participate in sales strategy discussions and take detailed notes of the flow and implementation plan (if any).
BPM: Prepare business process flow (if any).
System integration: Participate in system integration discussions with operation manager (if any) for note taking.

Job RequirementsJob Requirements
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or a recent graduate.
Excel: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
PowerPoint: Ability to create and modify PowerPoint presentations.
Google Docs: Proficiency in Google Docs for document creation and collaboration.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This role is ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience in sales operations and develop their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
