Business Process Executive/Quality AssuranceResponsibilities:
Review and improve Company and departmental policies and SOPs including Employee Handbook, forms and user guide control.
Conduct and manage outlet and department review to assess adequacy of internal control system, and prepare review report.
Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices and documentation.
Conduct CCTV investigation and generate report on outlet incident.
Perform analytical analysis on EBI system reports.
Handle special assignment/ad-hoc assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration/Finance in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good knowledge and hands-on experience in external & internal quality audit.
Good interpersonal skills.
Possess own transport and willing to travel upon request.
Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.#J-18808-Ljbffr
