Job Responsibilities: You will be responsible for on-going analysis and evaluation of Greater China Distribution and Master Distributor Channel programs.
This includes monthly reviews of 100% of the GCS Point of Sales data to ensure conformance to contractual Distributor and Master Distributor requirements.
This position will work very closely with the GCS Distribution team to design sales programs and promotions to ensure smooth execution in the business center.
This position will ensure execution and maintenance of a compliant GCS Master Distributor program: Documentation and communication of GCS Master Distributor Program requirements both internally to the Indirect Channel Sales team and to GCS Distribution partners, including: Requirement and process to register Sub-RSL in Partner Deal Registration tool Maintenance and internal publication of authorized Sub-RSL list Definition and documentation of penalty process of program non-compliance Requirement by Master Distributors to report all parties to a transaction on POS Manage Sub-RSL DDQ process Take ownership of GCS Distribution ongoing report requirements where possible.
Lead random audits on Point of Sales (POS) to ensure ultimate end customer agrees with what is reported.
Provide support to GCS Region Channel Manager to solve business problems and participate in the development of business system or process recommendations to meet Distribution program requirements.
This includes problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems/processes.
Flexibility to expand the job scope & participate in Tool/Process systems planning to define or upgrade business applications or functional solutions such as the Zinfi Deal Registration System and the 360Insights SPIFF and MDF tool.
This may include work closely with eCommerce program to help align GCS Partners with program needs.
This role may involve project management, responsible for the gathering, planning, design and build, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
This includes monitoring overall progress & timelines and the effective use of resources and budget, and to provide progress/ status reports.
Manage Change within organization with effective communication across teams/functions.
Keeps management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the business.
Job Requirements: Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, with typically 9 to 15 years practical experience.
Post-graduate and/or certification / license may be required.
Proven leadership skills Expertise in conflict resolution Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Oracle and Order Management business knowledge experience are required.
