Technical Sales Leader - Enterprise Solutions
TSSB Sdn Bhd,Bandar Sri Damansara, Selangor
Position Overview
Full-time position with entrepreneurial growth path
Location: Next to MRT Sri Damansara Sentral Station, Kuala Lumpur
Base Salary: RM 4500 - RM 5500 and above (based on experience)

Role Summary
Launch and grow your own enterprise technology solutions business unit, backed by our established company's infrastructure and resources. Starting as the founding member, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team as your business grows.

Enterprise Cloud Solutions & Digital Transformation
Cybersecurity & Data Protection
Your Journey With Us
First 6 Months
Develop your market strategy and initial client portfolio
Handle both technical consulting and sales processes
Receive mentoring from successful business unit leaders
6-12 Months
Build and close deals
Develop specialized solution offerings
Starting from RM 4,500 - RM 5,500 with room for increase based on experience
Regular salary reviews based on performance
Profit Sharing
Profit sharing up to 45% from your business unit's performance
Increasing share percentage as your unit grows
Total Earning Potential
First-year potential: RM 120,000 - RM 250,000+
Second-year potential: RM 200,000 - RM 400,000+ (with team)
Uncapped earning potential based on business unit growth
What We Provide

Key Requirements
5+ years of enterprise IT sales or technical pre-sales experience
Strong technical background in Digital Transformation or cybersecurity
Proven track record of closing enterprise deals worth RM 100k+
Self-driven with entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Success Profile
Ideal candidates will have:
Experience selling enterprise software or security solutions
Existing network in Malaysia enterprise IT sector
History of exceeding sales targets
Technical certifications in relevant domains
Growth Path
Year 1: Technical Sales Leader
Year 2: Business Unit Manager with team
Year 3: Business Unit Director with multiple teams
