Check expiry dates of amenities and monitor efficient stock control.
Control and order general and food stock as needed.
Be well trained on check-in and check-out processes, handling credit cards and cash in a professional and confidential manner.
Assist with buggy service for guests when needed.
Guide guests to their desired restaurant venue within the property.
Coordinate with guests for daily movements and servicing of their villa.
Manage activities for guests based on their preferences and trip details.
Assist guests with luggage packing and unpacking.
Collaborate with the food and beverage department for breakfast, high tea, and room service deliveries based on guest preferences regarding location and time.
