Buyer For Raw Material

Job DescriptionTo continuously perform market evaluation of global raw material suppliersTo support & build up supplier base of all raw materials for automotive assemblyTo align with business units and support the strategy of raw materialsTo perform RPP (Ratio potential project) especially at raw material areasTo enable and develop suppliers once necessaryTo involve in negotiation phase contracts (NDA, ICA, CA, QAA) with sub suppliersTo actively join price negotiation (or joint nego with OSAT)QualificationsMinimum of 5 to 10 years working experience in related field in a semiconductor manufacturing environmentPossess a bachelor's degree in commercial, engineering, supply chain or a related fieldProven experience in commercial, engineering or supply chain background & experience in semiconductor or electronic componentDiversity to work with global team, international background is preferredExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsFluent in English (written and spoken), German or/and Chinese skills are a plus Possess high team spirit and ability to moderate meetings/workshops with all levelsKnowhow of digitalization is welcomed , Power BI, DashboardProactive and solution-oriented mindset preferredAbility to think strategically of category and supplier management with problem solving orientationStructured and independent working style with minimal supervision
