Purchasing Officer

Job Scope Responsible for the whole purchasing flows to ensure every purchase is done under controlled.Receive Purchase Requisition and issue Purchase Order upon approval.Follow-up on delivery after placing order.Verify the documents received from store personnel against invoices.Responsible to establish and maintain all approved vendor.Survey and collect information for new purchase.To liaise with vendors on quality, delivery, cost and monitor on their performance.New vendor sourcing and control of Approved Vendor List.Responsible for the evaluation and selection of indirect material, general supplies and service providers.To compile all direct material vendor's quality.Other task assigned by superior. Candidate must possess at least At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related fieldRequired Skill(s):Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.Candidate will act as a Purchasing for this job position.
