Preferable 2 year(s) of working experience in this field for this position. Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
Candidate must be able to work in the Senai, Johor area.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate purchase orders to suppliers as per customer forecast or firm orders with customer approved AVL and material lead time.
Follow up with supplier purchase order acknowledgement and delivery confirmation.
Responsible for working with the team to perform efficiently and ensure teamwork.
Update and ensure receipt transactions from suppliers in the system on time.
Manage suppliers to meet company objectives in the areas of quality and inventory control.
Ensure customs approval for any return shipments to suppliers.
