: Procure stock in accordance with the Demand Plan and Supply Planning parameters.Ensure stock availability at the right place, time, and quantities by maintaining timely place, chase, cancel and delay actions to maintain the inventories within applicable agreed stock policies.Improve service, availability, working capital, and efficiency.Review exceptions and resolve them in compliance with business processes.Follow up on purchase orders and expedite materials for on-time delivery.Analyze fill rates and develop corrective actions.Offer planning insights, develop strategies, and implement actions.Collaborate with stakeholders and support commercial teams.Maximize revenue and minimize inventories to achieve SIOP results and AOP objectives.Own the monthly supply planning process for the assigned Division/s, and drive pre-SIOP discussions with Commercial partners to support and facilitate the SIOP cycle.Manage inventory balances and resolve discrepancies with receiving and accounting.Forecast material requirements and manage reorder points and safety stock levels.Lead weekly Demand and Supply meetings, identifying risks and opportunities.Provide input to Daily / Weekly Management Boards to populate critical metric that improves the business performance as well as escalation of problems and partaking in problem solving and process improvement events.Develop collaborative workspace with suppliers for visibility and problem-solving.Design, build, and deploy systems and processes for productivity and efficiency.Ensure purchase orders, customers' orders, and payables workflows operate efficiently to improve customer allegiance (CAS) and profitability as well as timely responses to all queries that impact customers.Collaborate with sourcing team to improve supplier performance.Participate in inventory reviews and support new product launches.Provide input to management boards and maintain master data accuracy.Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects to achieve business objectives.Maintain master data accuracy to improve quality of information and facilitate supply planning execution excellence and to achieve BAU critical metric objectives.How will you get here?
