Buyer / Purchasing - Executive

Candidate must be willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor
Looking for candidates who have knowledge, skills, and ability for the following requirements:
Follow Material Requirement Planning (MRP) demand lead time to release Purchase orders
Track vendors' material preparation, production, and shipment status to ensure the ordered materials are delivered to the company warehouse on time
Provide invoices to financial requests on time to ensure that accounts payable are paid to the vendor as scheduled
Deal with vendors regarding return and exchange matters on time to ensure company benefits
Excess review and elimination
Ad hoc tasks as per management requirements
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Master's in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics
Able to work with minimum supervision and multitask
Fresh graduates may apply
Good communication and negotiating skills
Able to speak, read, and write in English & Malay.Mandarin speaker is an added advantage
Must be willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor
