**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**

2. **Information Documentation:**

4. **Product Knowledge:**
- Stay updated with the latest information on airline policies, services, promotions, and travel regulations to provide customers with reliable guidance.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

5. **Performance Standards:**
- Meet or exceed individual performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business or related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** No prior experience is required; however, customer service experience is an advantage.
