Call Centre Agent

Details of the offer

To attend to inbound calls & outbound according to the Standard Operating Procedure, answering numerous customer queries daily.
Dealing with unhappy customers and handling complaints.
Answers and informs customers about product and service issues.
Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
Daily update to customers for process returns or exchanges to a new set.
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback and monitoring customer satisfaction levels.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues.
Handling open service reports from the official website from customers and WhatsApp for dealers only.
Assist and check spare part validity for customers to get by walk-in or courier service.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma in a relevant field.
Work Experience: 1 - 2 years
