Car Salesman @ Sungai Besi

Job Responsibilities:
- Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
- Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
- Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them.
- Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
- Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.
- Assisting with the setup of showroom and promotional displays.
- Arranging for the handover of the new vehicle with maximum customer orientation.
- Developing and providing good after-sales customer care to create a basis for repeat sales.
- Participating in roadshows, sales activities, and launching events if required.
- Prior experience in sales or the automotive industry is strongly preferred.
Job Requirements:
- SPM & above
- A positive and keen to learn attitude
- Passion to deliver exceptional levels of guest services
- Able to multi-task and detail-oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Competent in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of the Opera system will be an added advantage.

Working Details:6 days, 9AM-6.30PM
