Job Responsibility
Responsibility dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
Take a lead role in customer service & product display.
Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement, sales growth, and quality customer service.
Assisting in all aspects of the outlet, especially display, merchandising, and cleanliness.
Build and maintain good rapport with customers.
Job Requirements
Youthful, vibrant candidates.
Minimum SPM with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
Training will be provided.
Able to work retail hours and public holidays.
Pet lover.
Highly motivated with good teamwork spirit.
To be in charge of the cashier counter/order station.
Sharp, precise, and very careful in handling the job.
Hardworking and positive in all instructions given.
Count and check collection of the day and submit to the cashier head.
Process sales (scan and pack products into bags, etc.) according to procedure.
