Cdr Pharmacist / Cdr Pharmacist Assistant

CDR PHARMACIST / CDR PHARMACIST ASSISTANTCoordinates all activities in the Pharmacy Services to ensure compliance to establish standards of professional practice, proper provision and dispensing of medication.
Requirements:
Minimum of Diploma Pharmacy (for Pharmacy Assistant), Bachelor of Pharmacy, Masters in Clinical Pharmacy is preferred.
Has experience in Cytotoxic Reconstitution (CDR).
Registered with the Malaysian Board of Pharmacy.
Possess Poison License A.
License holder authorized by law to dispense drugs and medicines prescribed by consultants or other registered medical personnel.
Working experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in a government or private hospital setting.
Thorough knowledge of dosage administration and measurement, chemical compounds, medical brands etc.
Demonstrate organizational skills and analytical skills where appropriate and ability to work on own initiative.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
Reliable, dependable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
Willing to train others, and demonstrate ability to prioritize, delegate, and organize work.
