Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain equipment, ensuring proper calibration and performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product reliability, safety, cell characterization and failure analysis activities.
Collect and analyze samples or specimens, preparing data analysis, providing accurate and reliable results.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures in compliance with 6S Housekeeping.
Strong understanding of material science, failure analysis techniques, data collection and reporting on results.
Perform mechanical inspection to ensure all quality aspects of the job are met exactly.
Generate detailed inspection and nonconformance reports as necessary based on Cell Characterization.
Conduct Reliability and Safety Tests as required.
Generate Daily/Weekly/Monthly Quality reports as necessary.
Check documents for accuracy and compliance with safety requirements such as UN38.3, UL16.2, IEC-62133 and any other relevant documents.
Interface and provide support to other factory partners and customers on quality-related issues and product development activities.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, practicing 6S at all times.
Demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail and teamwork.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Electrical & Electronic or related fields (e.g.
material science, physics, chemistry, mechanical engineering) or equivalent experience.
Preferable working experience in electronics and semiconductor field, with a minimum of 3-5 years in the electronics industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database software, as well as manufacturing workflow systems (e.g.
SAP, MES).
Ability to read and apply work instructions, SOPs, drawings, BOM schematics, and specifications at a proficient level.
Proficient knowledge and experience in handling Failure Analysis equipment such as XRAY, FTIR, SEM-EDX, GC-MS, etc.
Able to read and interpret specifications, standards, and engineering drawings.
Proficient in mechanical & electrical measurement techniques and workmanship standards.
Proficiency using handheld tools (micrometers, calipers, Optical Comparator, and other measuring and testing equipment).
Proficiency in using automated measurement equipment is an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
