A marketing company based in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an intern for the following tasks:
Business Development:Finding new projects and new clients in order to increase sales.
Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Vendor Negotiation:Negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure the best possible deals without compromising on quality.
Innovation and Creativity:Bringing fresh and creative ideas to the table, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance events.
Event Planning and Coordination:Leading the end-to-end planning and execution of events, including concept creation, budgeting, venue selection, logistics, and vendor management.
Overseeing event logistics, including transportation, storage, and equipment setup, to ensure smooth operations during the event.
Event Production:Running the show by managing the sound or lighting system during events.
Crisis Management:Planning contingencies to handle unexpected issues with calmness and efficiency, ensuring minimal disruption to the event.
Quality Assurance:Conducting post-event assessments to identify areas for improvement, ensuring continuous enhancement of our event management process.

Date:5 months minimum.
Languages:Good level of English; Mandarin is a plus.
Studies:Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field is appreciated but not mandatory.
Experience:Event planning and execution, with a track record of successful events is appreciated but not mandatory.
Salary:10% commission on all contracts signed.
No other allowance.
