Ceo (Private Equity Portfolio Company)

This is a CEO position for the portfolio company of a highly reputable Private Equity fund that provides design and engineering solutions to multinational businesses. They are seeking the talents of a seasoned executive to enhance profitability and uplift the overall capabilities of the business. This position will be based in Penang and/or Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership to drive the overall growth and success of the business with emphasis on revenue enhancement, operational efficiency, and cost optimization Own the P&L and value creation agenda, drive revenue / EBITDA growth through effective commercial B2B sales and business development strategies Identify and evaluate market expansion opportunities across the region Uplift operational efficiency / productivity through implementing SOPs and KPIs, driving process optimization initiatives; Kaizen methodologies would Work closely with private equity stakeholders and C-suite team to align and execute business objectives Requirements: Bachelor and/or Masters in Engineering or related discipline Engineering and/or construction background with a strong focus on B2B sales Proven track record in P&L ownership, market expansion, GTM strategies Strong stakeholder management skills, preferably in a multinational context Possess a deep understanding of South-East Asia and/or broader Asia-Pacific markets Fluency in English and Mandarin-Chinese is essential Prior experience in a PE portfolio company is beneficial but not mandatory Knowledge in Kaizen / Lean methodologies are advantageous Please note: Due to the overwhelming volume of applications, only relevant candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
