Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure Visitor Safety:Continuously monitor attractions, pools, and slides to ensure the safety of all visitors.
Be prepared to perform water rescues using specialized techniques and equipment as needed.
Incident Reporting & Emergency Response:Report any incidents, accidents, or safety concerns to waterpark management or relevant authorities.
Administer CPR and first aid to individuals in distress or injured within the park.
Support Ride Operations:Assist with the operation of water slides and rides, ensuring riders follow all safety guidelines.
Enforce park rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors.
Customer Service:Assist guests, respond to inquiries, and address concerns to provide excellent customer service.
Manage the flow of people around attractions to prevent crowding and maintain order.
Safety Equipment Maintenance:Inspect and maintain safety equipment, such as life jackets and rescue devices, to ensure they are in working order.
Report any necessary adjustments or replacements to management.
Shift Work & Coverage:Rotate between areas within the waterpark to provide comprehensive coverage and ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of each area.
Training & Certification:Attend regular waterpark-specific training and certification sessions to stay updated on safety rules and regulations.
Additional Duties:Perform any other assignments as directed by management.
Minimum RequirementsAt least 18 years old and above (Malaysian)
Possessing a valid lifeguard certification from a recognized organization in Malaysia
Having a thorough understanding of first aid and CPR techniques
Being physically fit and able to swim
Having strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with swimmers and other staff members
