Required to work closely with product owners and the brand team to promote and sell Hotlink products.Support the Go To Market plans, programs, KPIs, and campaign management to drive:BTL branding and point of sales material communicationCampaign efficiencies - timelinesEffective internal and partner communicationsAdoption of digital initiativesMaintain consistency and accuracy of POSM at channels, via periodic review of POSM in terms of right messaging, regular content updates, and careful monitoring.Ensure end-to-end POSM deliverables meet campaign objectives and timelines.Drive periodic review of POSM for Hotlink campaign performance and profitability, monitoring channel reach and productivity, and providing recommendations for changes in distribution structure.Develop and procure effective premiums and festive premiums to support channels acquisition.Stakeholder management through regular performance reviews and planning sessions between channels, product owners, and management to align on campaign strategy, performance, rewards, and improvement plans.What do you need to have for this role?Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Creative, and Designs.Total 4 to 6 years of working experience with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.Preferred working experience in Telco / IT / FMCG / Financial Services industry.Good understanding of general business and field sales management.What's next?Once you've applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
