Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
Project/UAT readiness
Participate and provide feedback during requirements gathering including review the requirement stipulated in the Functional Design Document (FDD).
Handle User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test scripts preparation, monitor/update HPALM system and ensure system development accordance to requirements.
Ensure UAT sign-off is completed within the provided timeline.
Work closely with Test Competency Center (TCC), Business Users, and Product Owners related to issue/gap identification, provide feedback, and upload test cases into HPALM.
Branch System & Administration Support
Assist and provide solutions to inquiries raised by users (i.e., provide user guides) and escalate issues to 1View/RCS/RCSU Production Support on unresolved inquiries (i.e., system defects, data issues, etc.).
Handle system administration activities including licensing activation, reassigned leads/service requests, and review and verify requests related to user access IDs.
Provide training to Branch users related to Service/Sales Module as required.
Prepare monthly reports as needed.
Support ad hoc assignments/initiatives as required by Management.
Competencies and Skills
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field or exposure to system handling/branch sales operations is an advantage.
Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
Highly motivated, resourceful, sales-driven, and result-oriented.
Able to multi-task and willing to work in Branches/Business Units.
