The Channel Marketing Manager of Enterprise Business is responsible for developing, managing, and executing effective marketing campaigns targeting the company's key channel partners. This includes the creation of comprehensive distribution marketing strategies based on market insight, conducting online and offline events, and marketing training for key channel partners.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate with the Commercial and Distribution Business Team to plan and execute comprehensive and effective region-level channel marketing campaigns, including online and offline marketing events, social media, and digital campaigns.
Guide and support distribution marketing planning and execution of channel marketing campaigns in APAC key countries.
Monitor, assess, and report regularly on channel marketing progress in the region; allocate and manage marketing budgets for each project in line with the overall strategy.
Improve partner performance by enabling best practices, conducting regular online and offline training programs, and seminars.
Understand channel partners' strategies, policies, business requirements, and profitability drivers; build relationships with key stakeholders, and manage key partners to ensure a successful launch of products and services.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication or related field.
At least 3 years' experience in channel marketing or distribution marketing, with proven experience in executing successful campaigns and events.
Excellent communication skills, able to work cross-functionally across teams; skilled at developing and managing relationships.
Ability to manage projects, work under pressure, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of Enterprise Business and ICT-related knowledge, e.g., digital transformation in different industries.
Team player with strong communication, interpersonal skills, and project management skills.
Good command of presentation and communication skills is an added advantage.
