Channel Sales Executive/Manager (Nationwide - Peninsular & Borneo)

Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and assist channel partners/agencies to achieve their sales targets.Engage partner sales/account teams to identify new business opportunities.Manage and report on the partner sales funnel, ensuring accountability for revenue targets.Collaborate closely with partners throughout the sales process, including creating sales materials, providing customer explanations, and organizing roadshows.Ensure partners are well-informed about new products, features, incentives, and guidelines. Requirements: Available for both Executive and Managerial roles; full-time positionsMinimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Channel Management, or regional sales, or equivalent specialization.Strong communication skills, dynamic, result-oriented, with excellent presentation skills.Highly motivated and driven to achieve higher sales commissions.Preferably with Telco experience, but not essential.Personal qualities: Positive, passionate, collaborative, and able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment, as well as being a team player.Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients), and English.Must have own transport.Positions available in multiple locations: KL, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka (Kota Syahbandar URGENT), Johor (Johor Bahru, Batu Pahat, Muar URGENT), Pahang, Perak, Penang, Kedah, Terengganu, Kelantan, Sabah and Sarawak (Kuching URGENT) .
