Develop new accounts and generate leads in the space of Automotive, E&E and Petrochemical. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand the Company's customer base and market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Involves day-to-day tasks related to managing channel partners, communicating sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to track progress against sales targets and inform decision-making.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all sales activities.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments, adapting sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums, enhancing the company's visibility and reputation in the market.
Qualifications:Diploma / bachelor's degree in any related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
Willingness to travel as needed.
