Roles and Responsibilities in Enclosure Wiring Department: To be responsible for quality control, testing & commissioning on the finished product in a proper procedure.To understand the Client's requirement on single line drawing, electrical system and control circuit, as to provide technical guidance to the Wiring and Design Team.To check, approve and endorse the single line drawing and board design.To be able to design AMF panel and control system complete with wiring work.To be able to identify electrical load and power calculation, cable and busbar selection.To involve in components layout arrangement and board wiring based on the single-line diagram, including cable labelling and marking done correctly on each component.To attend to site-down emergencies and respond promptly to minimise the downtime (remote and on-site).To carry out technical inspection, testing and troubleshooting at factory and sites when required.To prepare detailed report, complete with solution, recommendation and improvement after a site visit.To provide technical guidance, support and solution as required by other Departments and Clients.To in-charge of cable and accessories stock and ordering from HQ.To coordinate tasks with other Senior Technicians to ensure efficient and productive workflow.To conduct routine inspections and risk assessments on the power supply and safety of the factory and HQ.To ensure the work compliance in according to the Occupational Safety and Health, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, Electrical Safety & Standards and other related regulations. Requirements: Must possess a Chargeman Certificate (minimum A1) registered under Suruhanjaya Tenaga.Wireman (PW) Certificate registered under Suruhanjaya Tenaga or Degree in Electrical Engineering or working experience in switchboard manufacturing industry is an added advantage.Able and committed to complete the work assigned with the least supervision.Positive attitude, willing to learn from the Seniors and work diligently to build a successful career.Willing to work overtime whenever required by the Company.
