Qc Inspector

Responsibilities / Requirements: Daily production part inspection and data record.
Perform sampling, inspection for incoming, in-process, or finished/outgoing products (Metal components/ engineering parts) Perform First Article Inspection report (FAI) and measurement on the produced products.
Good work ethics.
Able to use QC measuring tools (pin gauge, digital calipers, microscope and etc).
Participate in any special project/task as & when assigned by direct superior or Company.
Knowledge and experience of doing ISO 9001 procedure & internal audit.
Prepare monthly statistic report Reply customer on CAR / rejection issue
