Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Chat Support Representative who is fluent in Korean and English to join our BPO team. In this role, you will provide real-time assistance to Korean-speaking customers through chat, offering support, resolving issues, and answering product-related questions. The ideal candidate will be quick, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Chat Support: Respond promptly to Korean-speaking customers through live chat, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Issue Resolution: Understand customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer accurate solutions, escalating cases as necessary.
Adhere to Protocols: Follow company guidelines and BPO quality standards to ensure consistency and professionalism in all interactions.
Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and case details in the CRM system for future reference and quality control.
Collaborate with Teams: Coordinate with colleagues and supervisors to improve customer service processes and resolve issues efficiently.
Meet Performance Metrics: Strive to meet or exceed chat support performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Korean and English (written communication).
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or chat support, preferably within a BPO or call center setting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with chat support and CRM software.
Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify solutions and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner.
Flexibility: Willing to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
BPO or Chat Support Experience: Experience in a high-volume BPO environment is an advantage.
Multitasking Ability: Skilled in handling multiple chat conversations at once without compromising service quality.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all interactions.
