Overview:
The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position requires good communication skills and customer service awareness. Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with existing customers, regular communication and feedback. Solve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Collect customer feedback to optimize services and products. Identify new business opportunities and drive cross-selling and up-selling. Organize customer activities to enhance customer engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, business management or related fields preferred. 1+ years of experience in customer relationship management. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit. Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
