• Plan menus by consulting with head chef, estimate food costs and profits.
• General kitchen duties (prep to cleaning).
• Ability and willingness to learn new recipes/processes and techniques.
• Integrity to follow company policies and procedures (SOPs).
• Can work in a team and without direct supervision.

Working Days: 6 days per week

Company Overview:
Pure vegetarian café serving Thai curry laksa, prawn noodles, herbal vermicelli, wanton mee, nasi lemak, and assorted rice dishes, most of which are vegan except nasi lemak and braised rice (both containing egg which could be removed).
Operation Hour:
9:00am - 9:00pm (Mon-Fri)
9:00am - 10:00pm (Sat-Sun)
9:00am - 10:00pm (Lunar Day)
