Chemical Engineering Manager

As the Engineering Manager, you will oversee engineering projects and operations within our chemical manufacturing facility. You will lead a team of engineers, ensuring the efficient and safe design, implementation, and maintenance of our processes and equipment.
Work location: Tanjung Langsat, Johor
Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental policies.Manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency and product quality.Conduct regular assessments of engineering systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities.Prepare and manage engineering budgets and resources effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering Proven experience in engineering management within the chemical industry (5+ years).Strong knowledge of chemical processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
