Chemical Process Engineer

Job Description
Research and design new equipment for adopting new technology.
Operating/testing pilot scale facilities.
Participate in new process transfer and outsourcing project.
Cooperating with plant engineers to set up and ramp up new manufacturing processes.
Searching paper, interpreting data and analyzing test results like research work.
Conducting experiments, tests and analyses to investigate chemical composition, materials and products.
Collecting and interpreting process data for pilot and commercial plant.
Operating pilot scale facilities and improving/developing each component.
Participating in research and development projects.
Report each project.RequirementsBachelor/Master in Chemistry(Chemical engineering) or related science major such as material science.At least5 years experiencein production engineering or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge ofproduction processes, quality systems,andsafety regulations .Excellentproblem-solvingandanalytical skills .Experience withprocess improvement methodologies(e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is preferred.Strongcommunicationandinterpersonal skills .Ability to work effectively in ateam environment .Positive attitude, passionate oncollaborative teamwork , excel atinterpersonal skills .Chemical process engineering experiencewould be better.Fluent inEnglish .#J-18808-Ljbffr
