As the CEO, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and overseeing the overall operations of the company.
This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and business plan to drive growth and profitability
Lead and motivate a high-performing executive team to achieve the company's objectives
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including financial management, project development, and stakeholder relations
Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic priorities
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and to key stakeholders
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What we're looking for
Proven track record of successful leadership experience as a CEO or in a senior executive role, preferably in the property development industry
Strong strategic planning and business acumen, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
Excellent financial management skills, including the ability to understand and interpret financial statements
Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating high-performing teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or architecture
