Job Overview Provide leadership for all aspects of the company's operations with an emphasis on long-term goals, growth, profit and return on investment.  Job Description  Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives of the organisation. Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission. Propose high-quality investing projects for the Board's approval to advance the business and increase profits. Present regular reports on the status of the company's operations to the Board of Directors. Review the business operation performance, comparing them with the company's objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results. Set departments' high-level goals, objectives and plans, delegate effectively and closely monitor their operations. Conduct regular meetings to review progress, identify and resolve any issues regarding business operations. Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team. Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company. Perform other related duties to benefit the mission of the organisation.  Requirements Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related field. Minimum five (5) years of working experience as CEO or in other senior managerial position in public listed company setting. Experience in developing profitable strategies. Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles. Strong leadership and communication skills.
