Our client is a fast growing startup specializing in direct-to-consumer sales through rent-to-own and e-commerce channels, with a focus on electrical home appliances.
This role requires to assess, set up and lead the Finance, HR, and operational strategies, ensuring sustainable growth and excellence in execution.
The CFOO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for driving the financial health, operational efficiency, and human capital management of our business.
This role requires a visionary leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring scalable operations.
1.
Financial Planning and Execution Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth, profitability, and cost optimization.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to ensure sound decision-making.
Manage relationships with outsourced financial service providers, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, compliance, and audits.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing robust internal controls and governance frameworks.
Drive capital allocation decisions to support key business initiatives, including working capital and investment management.

Operational Excellence Lead and optimize the end-to-end operational processes, including supply chain, inventory management, and customer fulfilment, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to establish SOPs for logistics, procurement, and quality control.
Utilize data and technology to improve operational visibility, efficiency, and customer experience.
Champion process improvement initiatives, embracing automation and innovation to streamline operations.

Human Resources Leadership Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
Oversee and coordinate with outsourced HR service providers for payroll, compliance, and other operational HR needs.
Foster a high-performance culture by implementing training and development programs and creating an inclusive workplace.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices while shaping a progressive HR policy framework.

Strategic Leadership Collaborate with the CEO and business leaders to align financial, operational, and HR strategies with the overall business vision.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the board and executive team to drive performance and scalability.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to achieve long-term business goals, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualification (e.g.
CFA, CPA, ACCA, MBA) would be a plus.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance, operations, or related fields.
Strong understanding of financial modelling, risk management, and cash flow optimization in a direct-to-consumer business model.
Proven track record in financial planning, cost management, and operational efficiency.
Familiarity with technology and tools for financial, HR, and operational management.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management.
Ideally in a leadership role within a startup, e-commerce, or consumer goods environment.
