Role Purpose The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, drive sales growth, and achieve organizational goals. The role requires leadership in creating marketing campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing market trends, and guiding the marketing team.
Job Description : Develop and implement marketing strategies that support the company's business objectives and growth targets.Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and online/offline marketing.Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration.Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand's voice, identity, and messaging. Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.Analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions and optimize future efforts.Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.Work closely with product teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services.Become the company's representative towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships. Requirement : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience (7-10 years) in a senior marketing role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and team management. Experience in the media industry will be an added advantage.
