Chief Operating OfficerCrowe Malaysia PLT is seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer to drive international growth and optimize supply chain operations.
This is a key position that will work closely with the Co-Founders, utilizing leadership and strategic expertise to drive the company's expansion into new markets.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans for international growth.
Oversee the global supply chain for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
Build and nurture a high-performing operations team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the procurement team.
Establish performance plans and KPIs.
Partner with the founders on key initiatives and strategic direction.
Work with other C-Suite leaders to ensure cohesive operational strategies.
Manage logistics, compliance, and efficiency.
Identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
Requirements:A minimum of 6 years of experience in operations or supply chain management.
A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
Experience in startup environments.
