Civil Engineer

Conduct structural assessments of buildings and identify any structural deficiencies or issues that require maintenance or repair.Develop maintenance plans and strategies to address structural issues or damage. Coordinate and oversee the repair and restoration of structural elements. Develop specifications, evaluate bids, and monitor the work performed by contractors or maintenance teams.Provide technical support during design and construction phases of building projects. Review architectural and structural plans, offer recommendations for structural stability and durability, and ensure compliance with engineering principles.Maintain accurate documentation related to structural assessments, maintenance activities, and repairs. Prepare reports, drawings, and specifications, and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.Experience in managing building improvement or renovation projects from conception to completion.Proficiency in structural analysis and design software like AutoCAD.Ability to develop and execute maintenance plans and strategies effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction and reporting.Willingness to perform other duties as assigned by management.
