About the roleAEON Insurance Brokers (M) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Claims Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. As a Claims Executive, you will serve as a crucial intermediary between clients and insurers, ensuring efficient claims management while delivering exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
Facilitate and process insurance claims in a timely, accurate manner, ensuring compliance with AEON Insurance Brokers' service standards and Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) Guidelines.
Verify and assess claims documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission to insurers.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing claims-related inquiries, cancellations, and feedback efficiently while providing exceptional service.
Track the progress of claims, liaising with insurers and adjusters to ensure timely resolution of outstanding cases.
Conduct discussions and meetings with insurers, clients, and adjusters to resolve claim issues and provide updates.
Prepare detailed monthly claims reports for management to track claims performance and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze claims data to identify patterns and provide actionable insights and recommendations for process enhancement.
Ensure all external communications, including client correspondence, are managed professionally and promptly.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior, in alignment with the scope of the position and company policies.
What we're looking for
Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 2–5 years' experience in claims management or a similar role within an insurance brokerage.
Strong knowledge of insurance policies claims processes, and industry regulations, with specific experience in motor claims being an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.
A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform accurately under pressure.
Independent, professional, and results-oriented, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
