FULL / PART TIME CLEANER CUM OPERATOR FOR HIRED
Duties and Responsibilities:
Enters and prepares the room for cleaning.
Makes bed.
Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies.
Cleans the bathroom.
Checks and secures the rooms.
Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.
Perform rotation cleaning duties as required.
Cleans guest bathroom/bedroom/floor corridor.
Responsible for replenishment of guest complimentary water.
Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of his work area.
Responsible for the hotel property in the work area.
Perform tenant move in and move out.
Perform administrative work.
Attend customers' inquiries/complaints.
Assign tasks to contractor/maintenance team.
Set up units for new tenant/guest.
