Responsibilities:Report to Superior on coordination and supervision of works at site to ensure adherence to work procedures, time and quality requirements.
Monitor and check project site, labour strength and safety on site; enforce strict adherence of high standards of work quality and materials to conform to approved contract drawings and specifications.
Carry out inspection and test as per inspection and test plans and use all quality control mechanisms in the quality management system.
Liaise with contractors, consultants and relevant parties to identify and solve problems and any other matters to ensure smooth implementations of projects.
Ensure all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures method statements.
Prepare and update daily / weekly reports, verify progress report, witness material testing and attending all site and technical meetings.
Assist in the preparation of the building's operation and maintenance manuals.
Participate in all final inspection and handover process, resolve / attend purchaser's complaint and defect.
Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you must possess:
Technical certificate / Diploma in Engineering, Architectural, Building or Equivalent
Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in construction, building work or related field
Awareness of QLASSIC standards and understanding of construction methodologies, operations and processes
Hardworking, responsible, good working attitude, able to work under pressure and long hours.
