WHAT YOU'LL DO: Assist the Relationship Manager in organising client events and programs to boost loyalty and satisfaction.
Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to smoothly run client-focused programs.
Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely and effective solutions.
Assist with Ad-hoc tasks as assigned, such as report/updates for C-suite Requirements WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in organizing events.
Ability to manage a budget effectively.
