DOO you have what it takes?
What you'll be working on:
Handle KYC processing.
Set up Demo/Live trading accounts for clients.
Configure rebate settings for introducing brokers (IBs).
Proficiently use CRM systems for client management.
Respond promptly to client issues via email or Teams.
Communicate and coordinate with various departments and gather feedback.
Stay updated on changes in processes, systems, or activities to complete daily tasks.
What we're looking for:
Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
1 year of experience in customer service, financial services, or related fields such as stocks, bonds, or futures is a plus.
Good understanding of Prop Trading.
Eager to transition into a back-end role within the financial industry.
Strong team collaboration, service orientation, and adherence to standards.
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both Chinese and English.
Willing to work flexibly and accommodate shift arrangements.
