Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a full-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, adaptable, possess strong problem-solving skills, and excel in time management.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute client projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients
- Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, implementing improvements as needed to enhance the overall client experience
- Prepare reports and presentations on client performance and trends for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Prior experience in client relations or customer service is a plus
