Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Relations Representative to join our team at Genting Group in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client relations. The ideal candidate will be driven, independent, and possess strong presentation and project management skills.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their needs and ensuring their satisfaction- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions to clients- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services- Manage client accounts and track their progress and satisfaction levels- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant information and recommendations- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client relations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong presentation and project management abilities- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proven track record of achieving client satisfaction and retention goals
